CANCELATION POLICY: If a participant cannot attend the seminar, a replacement may be sent at no additional cost. Communication of the replacement must be submitted to info@aznaffa.org.
No refunds will be given to paid registrations. Instead, a credit will be issued. The credit will expire if not utilized after one year. Should a paid registrant not attend the conference without any communication to NAFFA before the seminar, the FULL amount of the registration cost will be assessed as a no-show fee.
PHOTOGRAPH POLICY: NAFFA and its legal representatives and assigns, retain the right and permission to publish, without charge, photographs taken during event. These photographs may be used in publications, including electronic publications, or in audio-visual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, or in other similar ways.
MEDICAL RELEASE: With registration, the attendee agrees and acknowledges they are participating in the event on their own free will. While NAFFA does its best to provide the safest possible environment for the events, the attendee acknowledges freely and knowingly that as a result of their registration and participation, they hereby assume responsibility for their own wellbeing and safety, releasing NAFFA, venue hosts, and co-sponsors of any harm.
