Cancellation Policy: All requests for refunds must be sent in writing to the Native American Fatherhood & Families Association. Cancellations will not be accepted over the telephone. Full refunds will be granted to written requests received by October 10, 2008. A refund, less a $100. cancellation fee per registrant, will be granted to written requests received by October15, 2008. No refunds will be granted after this date. “No Shows” are still due and payable in full as meals and conference materials are purchased based on your registration. |
